Kayla Saladino

Kayla Saladino is Lakeview Health’s outpatient telehealth coordinator and has held this position since September 2020. Kayla was previously a patient advocate where she assisted patients with employment and legal needs. As the outpatient telehealth coordinator, Kayla is the main point of contact for all outpatient patients — she performs benefit verification, discusses the program with potential patients, and more to support patients and clinical staff. Kayla is constantly thinking of ways to streamline, automate, and renew processes to improve productivity and patient satisfaction. Kayla’s main goal is to enhance patient participation and retention for the best outcomes: profound recovery.
