Position: Executive Head Chef
In high school, Clayton Tressler attended a Career and Technology Center for Culinary Arts and realized his passion for food and cooking. He attended Pennsylvania College of Technology and graduated with an associate degree in Culinary Arts. He started his career at a prestigious resort in Farmington Pennsylvania called Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, where he worked as a cook at the Forbes Five- Star, Five-Diamond AAA restaurant, Lautrec. After about two years, Clayton moved to Florida to be closer to his family where he witnessed a family member overcome their addiction. This motivated Clayton and he soon joined the team as a Sous Chef at Lakeview Health, ultimately progressing to Executive Chef for our patient’s needs.
